Using Kept
Kept is licensed to you for personal use on your own Apple devices. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app. You're responsible for the photos you choose to keep or delete.
Deletions are your decision
Kept only suggests what to keep or delete. Nothing is removed until you confirm. Confirmed deletions are moved to Apple's Recently Deleted album, where they remain recoverable for 30 days before iOS permanently deletes them. Please review suggestions before confirming — once Recently Deleted clears an item, it cannot be recovered through Kept.
Free and Pro
Kept is free to use for manual sorting and deletion. Kept Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds automatic finding, whole-library pre-sorting, the taste model, and background maintenance.
- Pricing is shown in the App Store before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
- A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
No warranty
Kept is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. While Kept is designed to be safe and reversible, you use it at your own discretion and remain responsible for your photo library and backups.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kept and its developer are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
